And here’s a big question I get asked all the time: “Is ALL Masturbation Bad?”
The short answer is NO! Watch the video or read below to learn how masturbation can help you last longer in bed.
The truth is, when used CORRECTLY, masturbation is the single-most effective training tool you have.
But you need to make sure that you’re doing it right, or else you’ll just end up making things worse.
Do you worry that you can’t last long enough to satisfy her?

So here’s what you need to do…
Reserve Time for “MARATHON” Training
The biggest mistake guys make is “quick” masturbation, which essentially trains you to finish as fast as possible.
So, you need to do the OPPOSITE.
Set aside ENOUGH TIME!
For example, if you want to last 20 minutes in bed, then make sure that you have AT LEAST 20 minutes for “practice.’

Otherwise, you’ll just be training yourself for a “sprint.” Instead, you want to train yourself for a MARATHON. :-)
Then, as you’re taking your time, remember to incorporate the other pieces of advice I’ve given you. For example, Pay attention to your arousal, and make sure you’re doing deep breathing to stay calm and clear.
Are you afraid she’ll leave you because you can’t last long enough in bed?

Charles, the only time I experience premature ejaculatio is whenever my dick is in my partners pussy. And this happens with my first round of intercourse. This is nearly strictly. If I am getting a blow or hand job, no matter how vigorous or long, I could last for a life time. Serious! How then do I explain my inability to keep erection beyond one miniute of my first round of sex?

hey Stephen,
Great question.
Are you anxious at all about your performance? From a psychological standpoint, it could be that you’re nervous about satisfying your partner, in a way that you wouldn’t be in the other scenarios (where she’s just pleasuring you).
If you do have performance anxiety, then a good thing to do is to pleasure her first, orally or manually, in order to get that pressure out of the way.
Even if you’re not stressed, having sex is more likely to cause you to ejaculate faster because you’re exerting yourself, and because it provides you with full, intense stimulation because of the way our bodies interact.
Make sure to take it slow and don’t start out too fast.
Beyond that, there are several more tips I can give you, but I cover it in an easy to follow way, step-by-step in my new book, which you can purchase on this page.
And if for any reason it doesn’t work for you, just let me know and I’ll refund your money.
Best of luck,
Charlie
