Despite what you may believe, there is help for premature ejaculation. That awkward quite moment after a failed attempt at making love no longer has to exist. There is help and depending on the cause of your problem, it may not require expensive medicine. While the definition of premature ejaculation says that it occurs if you climax before you partner does, men with the problem know it’s far more than just that. Its climaxing immediately after penetration or even before that occurs.

There are two types of premature ejaculation. The primary type occurs when you’ve never had a normal ejaculatory length of time. A number of reasons cause this type of premature ejaculation. One of them goes back to the first sexual experience. Often young men pleasure themselves but want to climax rapidly to avoid detection. If the first experience was with a partner, the same could hold true. These early experiences established the pattern.

If you have premature ejaculation, you’re not alone…

The problem continued and became worse as the time between the beginning of the act and the ejaculation became shorter. In many cases, worrying about climaxing too soon created more stress and with the increased amount of stress, climaxes occurred even quicker. For this type of problem, there are several solutions. One is retraining the body.

You retrain the body with masturbation. As you masturbate, you learn the feelings right before the climax. During masturbation, you simply slow the stroking process to lower the level of excitement to below the threshold. Once you learn the queues you can use the same information and feelings to slow the love making process. Practicing Kegel exercises, originally designed for women, is also one mechanical way to help you overcome the problem.

Another mechanical method of controlling climax is to squeeze the penis right below the head when you’re about to climax. This pushes the blood out and prolongs sex. Sharing the information with your partner is helpful as either of you can perform the squeeze.

There are creams on the market that can desensitize the penis if the problem comes from heightened sensitivity. These creams don’t help everyone but do work for some people when this is the cause of the problem.

Sometimes, your genetic makeup causes primary premature ejaculation. In this case, it could be heightened sensitivity or hormone imbalances. If you find that relaxation techniques, focusing more on your partner or mechanical means don’t work, seek help from a physician.

Secondary premature ejaculation occurs if you’ve had a relatively normal pattern of ejaculation and then suddenly increase the rapidity. Normal can be anywhere from five to ten minutes or slightly less. If ejaculation occurs immediately after penetration or even before intercourse after establishing a normal pattern, you may have a problem. While almost every man has had this happen at one time or another if it continues, it’s secondary premature ejaculation.

Many different things can cause secondary premature ejaculation. An abnormal balance of hormones can be one cause. A low level of neurotransmitters or a thyroid problem can cause it. An infection in the urethra or prostate can be the reason for the problem. Herbs such as St. John’s Wort can help increase the level of serotonin, a neurotransmitter. If you experience the problem premature ejaculation continuously, it may be time to see a doctor. Sometimes a simple antibiotic can get you back to normal.

Treating Premature Ejaculation

Don’t you wish you could last longer in bed?

Premature ejaculation is a common problem that is usually defined as reaching orgasm too quickly. For some men- they consider anything less than five minutes premature, however, medically speaking it’s actually when someone orgasms prior to, or shortly after penetration. If you’re coming too quickly, or, if you feel that you would like to last longer in bed, the following tips are good things to try that don’t require anything apart from enjoying things a little more.

Some men may think that trying an expensive pill or cream will be the solution- but all too frequently, these pills do very little to help and have bad side effects. The creams usually contain a desensitizing agent- but unfortunately, when those do work, they have a tendency to work too well and may make reaching climax much more difficult and in some cases, impossible. In addition to this, these creams often cause skin reactions and chafing that may make sex and masturbation painful, which does not help matters at all.

It is generally better to address what may be lying under the problem of premature ejaculation and this is typically stress, or an inability to relax in a sexual situation. Anxiety and insecurity can both be big causes of premature ejaculation- and though this physical response only makes those issues worse, it is a cycle that will continue if you don’t take measures to address it. Physical causes of premature ejaculation are much rarer than many would have you believe- but those usually involve structural issues of the penis, when they are at play.

The most common and usually most effective methods of controlling premature ejaculation are two fold- addressing the psychological, but also, the physical. Generally speaking, if you work with the physical methods, you begin to feel a stronger sense of confidence and that definitely has a great impact on the psychological aspects.

Sick and tired of premature ejaculation?

Kegel exercises work by strengthening the pubococcygeus muscle- and this is the muscle that is the biggest player in orgasm function and ejaculation. To do these, you simply use the muscle as you do probably many times throughout the day- act as though you are holding back the flow of urine. Hold this for ten seconds, and then release- repeat this in sets of ten. You can also achieve more control by holding back when you masturbate- start, then when you’re close, stop yourself. Keep doing that until you reach the time frame you wish to last to.

Addressing the psychological does not have to involve any sort of therapy, at all. In fact, you can do this with a partner and make it an enjoyable experience, through extended foreplay. In simply focusing on other pleasure methods for a while prior to sex, not only can you improve your own confidence, but also, this helps to get you both more relaxed and ready. Because this works in a multifaceted way- it can not only enhance lovemaking but help you to last longer in bed, as well.

For those who have to deal with premature ejaculation, it is not something that is an easy thing to have to endure. Premature ejaculation is ejaculation that doesn’t really have any sense of voluntary control. It’s a fairly common issue, and many men have had to deal with it at some point or another for a variety of reasons and potential causes. Some estimates say that 1/3 of men under 25 have experienced it, and about 10% of men over twenty five. It’s actually seen as more than likely, a conditioned response in many cases- and not a signifier of sexual prowess or lack thereof.

Other causes may be stress and other emotional issues, depression, anxiety, and at times- as a result of the way that a man experienced orgasms in his formative years. For many, all this means is that, possibly during the teenage years- situations may have merited being able to have orgasms quickly, such as fear of being caught by parents, where this may have become a learned habit. For other men, it may just mean that a man has not yet learned the different sensations leading up to orgasms- and a little self awareness may go a very long way in those cases.

Learning to relax prior to sex might actually go a long way in helping many men to stop premature ejaculation. Because premature ejaculation is often caused by anxiety, this often is all anyone needs to do to stop it all-together. For some, meditation, hot baths or even any relaxing activity prior to sex can help alleviate the anxiety and make sex last longer as a result.

Though, no matter what the potential cause, the solutions are generally very effective and when done properly, also pretty enjoyable. The start-stop method is one that is frequently hailed as the cure for premature ejaculation- and there is definitely good reason for that. In effectively controlling the way that a man orgasms though first, masturbation technique and then, when in situations with a partner- most find they can overcome premature ejaculation. Because this method makes a man much more aware of his own bodily sensation as he approaches orgasm, he also becomes able to diffuse the sexual tension and then, go back down to a plateau of sorts to continue having sex without orgasm at that time.

Another method for lasting longer in bed is in being able to first stimulate the penis, and then, applying a gentle squeezing motion, sort of stop the blood flow momentarily. In doing this, the desire to ejaculate is eliminated temporarily, allowing the person to then go on to continue to either masturbate or have sex- this can be done, obviously, alone or with a partner, and it results in a greater level of orgasm control- therefore, eliminating premature ejaculation.

When it comes to sexual performance concerns, most men have an interest in learning how to control premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation or “PE” is considered to be the most common type of sexual dysfunction among the male population. Despite the fact that many men find it to be an embarrassing subject, most men experience this issue at least once in their lifetime. When this occurs, it indicates that a male has reached climax before he and/or his partner desires him to. As a result, the pleasure level of the male as well as his partner is quickly diminished. If you suffer from this condition, it is important to learn how to control premature ejaculation in a natural manner so that sex is more enjoyable for you and you experience higher levels of confidence both in and out of the bedroom.

The Theories Associated with Premature Ejaculation

If you want to learn how to delay the point of climax while engaging in sexual based activities, it is first important to understand the theories that are floating around on why a man experiences rapid ejaculation. It is important to understand that there is no one specific cause for this condition. True, this makes dealing with it a bit more challenging overall, however, by understanding the theories on why it occurs, you may be successfully able to overcome it. The following represents the most common theories as far as culprits are concerned from individuals that work in the medical field:

• Many believe that when a man reaches climax too fast, it could be a result of tension within the muscles of the body.

• It is often said that varying degrees of anxiety – especially that which involves a man’s performance in bed – could have an impact on whether or not they experience premature ejaculation.

• Many believe that a man may experience a form of hypersensitivity of the penis and the surrounding areas and when stimulated, they become aroused too quickly – which results in climax.

It is important to understand that you are not alone. Millions of men will likely read this guide as well because they are experiencing the same issues. Therefore, strategies for coping with PE should be listed. The following represents some natural techniques that may assist you in gaining control over when you climax:

Simply relax and understand that the encounter is not about how you perform, it is about the intimacy, and the bond that you share with your partner.

2. If you experience premature ejaculation, it is important to find someone to talk to. Ideally, it is important to discuss the issue that you face with your partner. If you are not comfortable with this idea, it may be best to talk openly with a trusted friend or even a professional. This will assist in reducing anxiety during sexual encounters.
3. The next technique that you may find beneficial is working with the muscles in the pelvic region of your body. It is important to work to relieve any and all tension within these muscles. A simple workout or stretches are likely to do the trick. When an individual experiences an orgasm, it is a release of tension contained within certain muscles. If you have found that your relationship is really struggling with premature ejaculation, or perhaps you just don’t feel like your sexual performance is all that it should be- you are not alone. This is a very common issue that many men of all ages encounter at some point or another. There are quite a few very effective ways to treat it without using any kind of drugs or lotions- and these ways will not only help to cure premature ejaculation, but also make over all sexual performance better and more enjoyable. These methods have been used for ages, by men just like yourself who were seeking ways to end premature ejaculation.

Pacing yourself in sex is a good way to help not only stop premature ejaculation, but to get more in touch with your own sexuality so that you can have a better control over orgasms. Usually, slowing things down a great deal can help- starting off very slowly, engage in foreplay and other pleasurable activities that make you feel more comfortable, more at ease. As your partner’s pleasure increases, you should begin to feel a bit better about your own performance, and this will help to reduce anxiety a great deal. Anxiety is one of the biggest causes of premature ejaculation- anxiety over sexual performance, to be exact. Going at a leisurely pace and enjoying yourself more can help this, but it can also help you to realize that what you are doing is pleasing your partner- and therefore, eliminating the anxiety you feel.

Though stories abound about men who encountered problems almost in reverse of premature ejaculation by drinking- this is not a good solution to premature ejaculation. Drinking actually dulls your senses and makes knowing when you’re coming to that peak of climax harder. Therefore, you’re not as able to stop yourself, which is important for not only preventing one time occurrences of premature ejaculation but also in preventing a habit from forming. Use of drugs and alcohol can often cause premature ejaculation so it is probably best to be avoided if you plan on having sex, at least while you’re trying to end premature ejaculation with self help therapies or otherwise.

Some people advocate distraction as a way to prevent premature ejaculation- but that is also not the best idea when you’re with a partner. The only thing worse than premature ejaculation? Having a partner stomp off, irritated that you weren’t really “into it.” However, don’t stress about this- you don’t have to. There is a win win situation which will prevent premature ejaculation and please your partner. Engage in longer foreplay times. Again, as with pacing yourself, you prolong the pleasure just by engaging in other means of bringing it- but as you do, you also tend to make it so that your own longevity is increased. So, not only is your partner happy with all of the attention, you find that you are able to really go the distance in bed.

Don’t Wait This Long to Deal With Premature Ejaculation

Don’t you wish you could last longer in bed?

This will be a quick post, because I have to go meet some friends out for dinner.

But I was doing some research today (like I’m often doing), and I came across a very interesting statistic.

And actually it’s pretty heavy… Here it is:

The average guy with premature ejaculation problems waits 6 YEARS before doing anything about it.

.
.
.

I don’t know if you’ve fully internalized that one yet… So I’ll repeat it:

The average guy with premature ejaculation problems waits 6 YEARS before doing anything about it.

Man, when I read that, it hit me like a ton of bricks.

6 YEARS!!

I was really surprised when I learned that.

But then, after thinking about it, I figured out WHY guys take so long to get help.

It’s because if a guy goes out and get help, that means that he’s admitting that he’s got a PROBLEM.

I mean, I can see that line of thinking… It’s just like a guy refusing to go to the gas station and ask for directions because he’s LOST.

But it’s still DUMB.

Well…. Another way to think of this is that you have an OPPORTUNITY. An opportunity to improve yourself, and improve your life. So why not take advantage of that?

And I sincerely, sincerely hope YOU don’t wait 6 years before you do something about this.

Are you afraid she’ll leave you because you can’t last long enough in bed?

You might think, “hey, 6 years, that’s not THAT bad, most of us live into our 70s…” But when you stop to think about that, that’s a solid chunk of your prime love-making years!

Most guys start having sex in their late teens or early twenties and then their sex life slows down in their 50s or 60s, or if you’re lucky, it keeps going into your seventies… But, really we’re talking about 10% or perhaps even 20% of your prime years.

Don’t Be That Guy!

Don’t waste your prime years because you’re afraid to admit failure. The most successful people in the world fail ALL the time. (Just go ahead and read the biographies of super-successful people like Michael Jordan, Donald Trump, Thomas Edison, Walt Disney, and others — and you’ll learn that this is true). They’re willing to risk failure, and they’re willing to pick themselves up and keep going. And they’re willing to ask for help when they need it.

So if you’ve been waiting a long time to do something about it, then now’s the time.

Hope you take my advice here, and think about that statistic (6 WHOLE YEARS, for crying out loud!) and Take Action tonight.

Treatment for Premature Ejaculation: Causes, Solutions, and Tips

Don’t you wish you could last longer in bed?

Click Here ==> How to Last 10-30 Minutes Longer in Bed!

And now I want to give you some tips regarding treatment for premature ejaculation (PE), a condition which affects 20% to 40% of men.

But before we get into specific treatment tips, it’s helpful to understand what causes PE.

Premature Ejaculation Causes

There are many causes, ranging from genetic and hereditary sources, to hormonal and neurological factors, to stress and performance anxiety, to past sexual experiences – including personal masturbation habits.

If you are experiencing premature ejaculation, ask yourself these questions:

  • Do you feel stress or anxiety about sex, especially with regards to performance anxiety about lasting longer in bed?
  • Have you made a habit of masturbating with the goal of reaching orgasm as soon as possible?

Stress/anxiety and fast masturbation patterns are two of the most common causes of premature ejaculation.

Here’s another question to ask yourself:

  • Have you always had this problem, or is this a new development, as a result of a different sexual partner?

If your PE is a new development, you may want to pay attention to your relationship, including the causes of stress or anxiety within this specific relationship.  Improving communication between you and your partner is key.

Do you worry that you can’t last long enough to satisfy her?

If your PE has always existed with any sexual partner, you may be dealing with genetic, hormonal, or neurological issues.  Don’t worry, if this is the case, your doctor can provide you with a prescription treatment for premature ejaculation.  Often times, drugs such as selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) can provide relief.

One additional premature ejaculation risk factor is whether or not you have erectile dysfunction (ED).  The reason for this is that you may rush sex for fear of losing your erection.

Most Men Can Cure Themselves of Premature Ejaculation Naturally

It’s important to note that very few men are born with the innate ability to control their orgasms.  Instead, this is something that nearly every man must learn to do.  The good news is that men are able to cure themselves through a premature ejaculation treatment consisting entirely of natural training and conditioning techniques.

If you’re like most men, and stress/anxiety and masturbation are causing your PE, then the best treatment for your premature ejaculation is to take action to counter these factors.  It’s a good idea to reserve more time for masturbating than you have in the past, so you consciously train yourself to last longer.  In addition, make it a habit to consciously reduce the stress in your life by practicing proper breathing techniques, getting regular exercise, and fixing your diet.

Premature Ejaculation Cure: How to Choose the Best Cure

Don’t you wish you could last longer in bed?

Click Here ==> How to Last 10-30 Minutes Longer in Bed!

When looking for a premature ejaculation cure, you have plenty of options.

However, before we begin to analyze the various choices you have, it’s worthwhile to step back and provide a definition of this common condition.

Definition of premature ejaculation

In the simplest terms, a man has premature ejaculation when he does not last long enough in bed to satisfy either himself or his partner.  Some experts say a man has PE if he doesn’t last 2 minutes, while others say he has PE if he doesn’t satisfy his partner at least 50% of the time.  The broadest (and best) definition of PE is simply “when a man’s inability to last causes distress for him or his partner.”

Sex is supposed to be fun, so it’s important to find a cure.  But before we get into that, it’s important to understand what can cause PE.

Do you worry that you can’t last long enough to satisfy her?

What causes premature ejaculation?

Premature ejaculation is caused by a range of things, including genetics, hormones, one’s past sexual experiences (and masturbation habits), as well as stress and sexual performance anxiety. Also, men who have erectile dysfunction (ED) are more at risk for developing PE because they may want to race through the act out of fear of losing their erection.

That said, the majority of men suffer from PE for two reasons.

Poor Masturbation Habits: Most men, at least when they’re adolescents, have the bad habit of rushing through masturbation, either out of fear of getting caught, or out of a desire to experience an orgasm as soon as possible.  While this is understandable, it’s also harmful because it effectively trains the body to ejaculate as soon as possible – and this pattern causes premature ejaculation later in life.

Sick and tired of premature ejaculation?

Stress and Performance Anxiety: Let’s face it, most of us are pretty stressed.  It’s important to identify source of stress and relief stress for several reasons, including your general health, as well as your sexual performance.  If you’re stressed out (either about life in general or about performing well in bed), you’re more likely to finish sooner than you’d like.  By practicing stress relief techniques (such as deep breathing, meditation, regular exercise, and yoga), you’ll be calmer in general, which will help you last longer.  Also, there are specific breathing techniques, which you can do while having sex, which are effective for lasting longer in bed.

What makes a good cure for premature ejaculation?

When reviewing the possible solutions and treatments, we recommend that you focus on two criteria:

1) The cure should be something that permanently reverses the causes (rather than providing a quick but temporary fix)

2) The cure should be natural, so that you avoid (known or unknown) negative side effects, which may be harmful to your health.

Here are some common treatments, which some comments about how they stack up with regards to our criteria outlined above.

Sprays/creams, specialty condoms and cock rings

  • Pro: Mostly natural; no known harmful side effects
  • Con: Only works as long you continue to use them
  • Overall rating: 4 out of 10.
  • Bottom line: Use these products if you need a quick fix, but don’t rely on them.

Drugs – specifically, antidepressants like Prozac, Paxil, etc. (which have the side effect of increased endurance)

  • Pro: Has been shown to work in clinical trials
  • Con: These drugs have other side effects, which can be harmful. And this will only work as long as you continue to take the drugs, which makes it an ineffective cure.
  • Overall rating: 2 out of 10.
  • Bottom line: Consider using these types of drugs if you have tried everything else and nothing works for you.  Of course, consult with your doctor about potential negative side effects.

Education, training and conditioning.

  • Pro:  100% natural and provides permanent results, because you’re addressing the root causes of premature ejaculation (fixing poor masturbation habits and eliminating stress)
  • Con: It’s not necessarily a super quick fix. Men normally do see improved results within days, and significant improvement within weeks.  But unlike the sprays and creams, it may not cure PE immediately.  However, this type of treatment does provide lasting results.
  • Overall rating: 9 out of 10.
  • Bottom line: With this type of natural treatment, most men find a permanent cure for premature ejaculation.  It doesn’t work for absolutely everybody, which is why we only give this approach a 9 out of 10 rather than a 10.  But it is where we recommend you start if you’re looking to last longer in bed.

Cure for Premature Ejaculation: What Makes a Good Cure?

Don’t you wish you could last longer in bed?

Click Here ==> How to Last 10-30 Minutes Longer in Bed!

This article discusses cures for premature ejaculation. However, before we get into specific cures, it’s helpful to provide a bit of context around the issue.

What exactly is premature ejaculation?

There are various definitions, including:

  • When a man is unable to last more than 2 minutes
  • When a man is not able to satisfy his partner (due to limited sex duration) more than 50% of the time
  • When the inability to last causes distress to one or both partners

Most experts prefer to use this last definition.

Do you worry that you can’t last long enough to satisfy her?

How common is premature ejaculation?

Estimates vary, but premature ejaculation is known to affect at least a quarter of all men, with other surveys suggesting the number may be close to half.

But, on the other hand, some surveys indicate that three-quarters of all men would like to last longer in bed.  While a significant portion of these men may not technically have premature ejaculation, it’s clear that the interest in lasting longer in bed is quite common.

What solutions are available for treating premature ejaculation?

There are various solutions available, including:

  • Desensitization sprays and creams and specialty condoms
  • Drugs, including supplements and prescription pharmaceuticals (some types of antidepressants have shown to have the side effect of improving sexual endurance)
  • “Distracting” oneself from the pleasure of sex in order to last longer
  • Training and conditioning exercises, including breathing and relaxation techniques, Kegel exercises, etc.

Clearly when it comes to solving premature ejaculation, a man has many options at his disposal.

However, I wouldn’t necessarily refer to all of these solutions as “cures.”

What counts a true “cure” for premature ejaculation?

My definition of a good “cure” is a solution that provides permanent relief while also NOT negatively altering the sexual experience.

Want to last longer in bed – naturally?

Click Here ==> How to Last 10-30 Minutes Longer in Bed!

For example, desensitization products do help men last longer, but they only work as long as you continue to use them, and the very reason that they work is because they remove the pleasure of sex.  Similarly, drugs and supplements may or may not work for different individuals, but they only provide the benefits for as long as you continue to take them (and pay the expensive costs of the treatments). Finally, “distracting” yourself from sex has become a popular solution to lasting longer; however, I don’t recommend that tactic because it robs you of the pleasure from sex, which should be one of the most enjoyable experiences of your life.

The best solution – and only true cure, in my book – is to follow a natural, healthy training regimen that focuses on improving your body’s ability to withstand stimulation without ejaculating.  With such natural training, the vast majority of men are able to cure premature ejaculation.

How to Stop Premature Ejaculation By Reducing Your Stress

Don’t you wish you could last longer in bed?

Click Here ==> How to Last 10-30 Minutes Longer in Bed!

Premature ejaculation is a sexual dysfunction that affects nearly one-third of all men.  It can have a devastating impact on a man’s self-confidence and has been known to cause relationship and marital problems if not addressed.  Fortunately, this condition is naturally treatable in the vast majority of instances.

Far too many men are given inaccurate – even harmful – advice about how to stop premature ejaculation.  One common piece of (incorrect) advice is that you should “distract” yourself during sex in order to last longer.  To be clear, this is NOT the recommended way to improve your endurance. This approach – such as thinking about baseball statistics, or other non-sexual objects – does work for some men, but it’s simply no way to live your life, and it usually is not a long-term solution.

When you distract yourself like this, you’re essentially training your mind to ignore the pleasure resulting from sex.  Why would you want to do this?  Why would you want to rob yourself of the enjoyment of what should be the most pleasurable activity in your life?  It is entirely insensible – and unnecessary – to follow that faulty advice.  Instead of taking your mind OFF from the moment, you should increase your focus ON the present moment, while remaining calm.  With this calm focus will come increased confidence, and you will begin to last longer in bed, because you’ll be relaxed and less concerned about performing well – instead, you’ll just enjoy yourself in the moment.

Reducing your stress levels is a critical component of stopping premature ejaculation.  The best way to reduce stress is to practice proper breathing techniques, meaning that you breathe so that your stomach expands, rather than your chest.  Breathing in this way will provide you with increased calm and enhanced focus.

Keep in mind, there are two types of stress that you’ll need to reduce: stress caused by everyday activities (outside the bedroom), and anxiety caused by sex itself.  By practicing proper breathing techniques regularly – throughout your daily routine, and during sex – you will reduce your stress levels and improve your endurance.

Finally, to stop premature ejaculation, you have to have a commitment to improvement, and a firm belief in yourself.  In other words, you need to maintain a positive mental outlook.  In order to achieve your goal, you need to have a goal in the first place, and then you need to take the necessary steps to reach your objective.
