  10. Quick solutions & tips (helpful “emergency” tactics)

OK, here’s my review of The Ejaculation Trainer, focusing on what I consider to be the three most important criteria for evaluating a product:  1) Customer Experience, 2) Effectiveness, and 3) Value.

1) Customer Experience: A-

Cosmetics: In terms of cosmetics, Matt’s book is not the prettiest ebook in the world.  But you know what, who cares?  I certainly didn’t. I don’t buy something like this for how fancy it looks, I buy it for the helpful information.  And Matt’s book provided a ton of helpful information (more on that later).

Readability: Matt’s book goes through some rather complex issues of how the ejaculation process works, and all of the various biological and neurological processes that affect your endurance in bed.  But he weaves it all together so that it makes sense.  This all follows the premise that you need to know your enemy before you can defeat him.  By truly understanding what causes premature ejaculation, you’ll be better prepared to cure yourself.  So, overall, he does a very good job with explaining a complex subject in a way that everybody can understand.

Do you worry that you can’t last long enough to satisfy her?

2) Effectiveness: A

In addition to providing a really in-depth explanation of what premature ejaculation is, and how the whole biological process works, Matt also provides a ton of tips and advice.  He covers dozens of tricks and moves and techniques that you can use to last longer in bed. My favorite thing about his advice is how he provides a lot of options, including a recommended training program for best long-term (permanent) results, as well as a bunch of short-term (emergency) tactics.

I recommend you focus on the long-term training program, which is very effective.  But the short-term emergency tactics are also helpful if you’re literally going on a hot date tonight and need some fast help.

3) Value: A-

Yeah, the price of Matt’s book might be more than what you would normally pay for a book in the bookstore.  But the nice thing about an ebook is that it’s much more private.  Nobody is going to see it laying around on your bookshelf if you don’t want them to.  You can keep it in a secret folder in your computer, if that’s what you want to do.  So, it’s really a very convenient product, in terms of the formatting.

Bottom line: Whether you’re just looking for the extra edge to go from 5 minutes to 15 minutes, or if you’ve been suffering from premature ejaculation for years, Matt’s book is a terrific resource.

Premature Ejaculation Cures: 6 Tips for Lasting Longer in Bed

Don’t you wish you could last longer in bed?

And now I want to give you 6 proven techniques for lasting longer in bed.

Cure #1: Stop Rushing! Most men get into the habit of masturbating with the intent of finishing fast.  Usually this bad habit develops in adolescence, and it is a leading cause of premature ejaculation.  Why?  This habit essentially trains your mind and body to “get it over with” as soon as possible.  So put a stop to this.

Cure #2.  Practice Taking Your Time. Stopping bad masturbation habits is one side of the equation. The other side is to actually use masturbation to improve your endurance.  Instead of getting it over with quickly, reserve 10, 20, or 30 minutes for yourself.  Pay attention to your body, and work on increasing your threshold for stimulation (without ejaculation).

Do you worry that you can’t last long enough to satisfy her?

Cure #3: Sprays and Creams. There “desensitization” creams and sprays available, which help many men last longer. These products can be effective, but they come with a price – you won’t feel as much pleasure.  So it depends whether that trade off is worth it to you.  In my opinion this isn’t the best route, but you have to decide for yourself.

Cure #4:  Reduce Your Stress and Anxiety. This is sort of a longer term method.  In other words, by reducing your stress, you may not double or triple your endurance overnight, but it’s the best route to a permanent solution?  That’s because a significant percentage of instances of premature ejaculation occur due to stress and anxiety (particularly “performance anxiety”) about sex.  Eliminate your stress and anxiety and you’ll strike at the heart of the problem.  Two of the best ways to reduce stress include deep breathing, meditation, yoga, and regular exercise.

Cure #5: Practice Deep Breathing. This advice was included in the previous cure, but it’s worth repeating.  Practicing proper breathing techniques will not only lower your general stress levels, they’ll also help you last longer while having sex. In particular, you’ll experience improved stamina if you breathe out when thrusting in.  Breathe in for 4-5 seconds and out for 5-6 seconds.  This tip worked very well for me, give it a shot.

Cure #6: Premature Ejaculation Exercises. Kegel exercises strengthen your pelvic muscles and can provide you with improved control.  Do 5-10 repetitions several times per day, and you’ll begin to feel like a new man.  The nice thing about these exercises is that you can really do them anywhere, and nobody will notice that you’re working on your stamina.

Premature Ejaculation Exercises (That Really Work)

Don’t you wish you could last longer in bed?

Lack of control can take quite a toll on your self-confidence and on your relationship.  But take solace in the fact that you’re not alone, in the least.  Roughly twenty to forty percent of all men deal with premature ejaculation, and some surveys place it even higher.

The good news is that in nearly all cases it’s curable with natural techniques.

But you didn’t come here for statistics – you want some PE exercises that work.

Sick and tired of premature ejaculation?

So without further delay…

The number 1 exercise for curing premature ejaculation is known as the “Kegel” exercise. There were named after Dr. Arnold Kegel, and are designed to strengthen the pelvic floor muscles (also known as “PC muscles”).

Step 1.  Isolate the Right Muscle

Many men will try to do Kegel exercises and will actually be squeezing the wrong muscles.  So here’s how you can tell that you’re actually activating the right muscles.

Use the muscle that you’d use to stop urinating.  Next time you have to pee, stop the flow of urine using this muscle, and do it a few times so that you isolate the correct muscle.

If you’re still not sure, you can insert a finger in your anus, and if you feel pressure around your finger while you’re squeezing, then you’ve got the right muscle. (You might want to do this in the shower, or it could get a little messy…)

Want to last longer in bed – naturally?

The great thing about Kegel exercises is that you can do them at any time, any place.  They’re totally inconspicuous.

Step 2. Do the Kegel Exercise

How hard should you squeeze the muscle?

Squeeze your PC muscles for three to five seconds, and then relax for five seconds.  Work yourself up so that you can do “sets” of repetitions, just as if you were doing a workout in a gym.

Step 3.  Practice Makes Perfect

How often should you do these exercises?

Start with reps of 5, and then work your way up to reps of 10.  Steadily build up your baseline.  Do at least 3 or 4 sets (of at least 5 reps) per day.

If you keep practicing, you’ll see noticeable improvement in your ability to last longer.

Important tip:  In addition to doing Kegels at work or in the car, you should also do these exercises while masturbating and while having sex with your partner.

Step 4.  Incorporate Other Techniques

Most experts agree that a combination of techniques and remedies will provide the best results.  So, after you’ve mastered the Kegel exercises, I recommend you begin layering in more exercises and techniques.

There are a number of other techniques that can help you last longer, including the “Squeeze” technique and the “Stop-and-Start” method.  And changing positions can also improve your endurance.  (Many men find it easier to last longer while the woman is on top, rather than in the “missionary” position).  In addition, breathing techniques can serve the dual purpose of reducing stress, relieving performance anxiety, and helping control arousal so that you increase your stamina in bed.

How to Avoid Premature Ejaculation (It’s Easier Than You Think)

Don’t you wish you could last longer in bed?

Studies and surveys estimate that anywhere from a quarter to half of all men suffer from premature ejaculation (PE).  And nearly ever man experiences PE at least once in his life.

If you’re experienced this lack of orgasm control, you know it can be disappointing, frustrating, embarrassing and humiliating.  In fact, it can cause so much distress that it’s been known to break up relationships.

For these reasons, it’s important to find a proven way to avoid premature ejaculation.  That’s why you’re reading this article, right?

Well, without further delay, here are some tips on how you can avoid this problem in the future:

Actually, it’s very simple:  Reduce your stress and anxiety.

Do you worry that you can’t last long enough to satisfy her?

You may be thinking, “Hey, I was expecting some fancy, top secret techniques! This stuff sounds boring.  What does this have to do with the bedroom?”

Good question – let me explain.

While your sources of stress may often originate outside the bedroom (work is a common source of stress), you’ll unwittingly bring these stresses with you into the bedroom if you don’t take action to cleanse yourself of their harmful influences.

Good ways to reduce stress are through deep breathing, regular exercise, meditation, and yoga.   I recommend starting with simple deep breathing techniques.  Inhale for 5 seconds, and exhale for 5 seconds – do this for at least 5 minutes per day (ideally 20 minutes, but something is better than nothing).

Want to last longer in bed – naturally?

But even if you have rid yourself of general stress, you may still be left with a residue of performance anxiety, especially if you’ve had trouble with your endurance in the past, and are nervous that you’ll disappoint.  Here, too, you want to use relaxation techniques.  Breathe in for 5 seconds, and breathe out for 5 seconds.  And here’s an extra tip: always exhale when you’re thrusting in – it’ll keep you calm and make you less likely to ejaculate.

The reason that breathing techniques work so well is that they help to engage what’s known as your “parasympathetic nervous system.”  Without going into too much of the biological details, the parasympathetic nervous system is essentially the opposite of the “fight or flight” response.  It just so happens that by keeping yourself in this “meditative” state, your body is less likely to ejaculate without warning.

Bottom line: If you want to avoid premature ejaculation, focus on your breathing and increase your tranquility.  You’ll be lasting longer in no time!

How to Cure Premature Ejaculation

Don’t you wish you could last longer in bed?

Here’s a proven 7-step process to curing premature ejaculation.

Step 1. Understand what premature ejaculation really is – and isn’t.

Before we get into the nitty-gritty of actually curing PE, I need to make sure you have a solid grasp of what exactly premature ejaculation is and isn’t.  Just like you can’t achieve a goal without having a goal, it’s important to know what your problem is if you want to solve it.

Premature ejaculation is a condition that affects roughly 25 to 40 percent of men, and is the most common sexual dysfunction among men younger than 40 years old.

Do you worry that you can’t last long enough to satisfy her?

Exact definitions of premature ejaculation range from 1) “lasting less 2 minutes,” to 2) “not lasting long enough to satisfy your partner 50% of the time,” to 3) “when lack of stamina results in distress in one or both people.”  This last, broadest definition is the one I prefer, because no matter how long you last, if your lack of endurance is upsetting you or your partner, you need to do something about it – pronto.

Sick and tired of premature ejaculation?

So, without delay, let’s go to step 2.

Step 2.  Understand why premature ejaculation exists.

OK, so now we know what PE is. The next step is to know what causes it.  If you have a problem with your car, you’re not just going to start banging on random parts of the automobile are you?  No, you (or, better yet, a qualified mechanic) needs to determine exactly what’s causing the problem, and tinker with just that.  In the same way, you need to determine what precisely is causing you to ejaculate faster than you’d like.

Here are the two most common suspects:

  • Masturbation habits – If you have the habit of quickly finishing, you need to put a stop to that.  By “rubbing one out” quickly, you’re essentially training yourself to finish fast.
  • Stress and Anxiety – Stress, and in particular, performance anxiety, is at the root of many men’s endurance problems.  Identify the sources of stress in your life, and take action to reduce stress and anxiety.  Regular deep breathing, regular exercise, yoga, and meditation are all proven ways to reduce stress.

Step 3. Choose your premature ejaculation cure.

When it comes to curing PE, you have several options, including:

  • Products – Creams, Sprays, and specialty condoms
  • Drugs – SSRIs (by prescription only) and herbal supplements
  • Exercises – including Kegel exercises, the “Squeeze” technique, Stop-and-Start
  • Therapy – Sexual therapy and/or couples therapy

Want to last longer in bed – naturally?

Well, the good news is that premature ejaculation is curable in the vast, vast majority of cases – and can usually be cured through 100% natural means.  In other words, if you don’t like the idea of having to use products like creams or sprays, and you don’t like the idea of taking drugs or supplements, then you’re in luck.

Because poor masturbation habits and stress/anxiety are among the leading causes of premature ejaculation, we recommend focusing on these two triggers and reducing and eliminate their negative effects.

Step 4. Train yourself to last longer in bed, naturally and permanently.

Exercises such as Kegel exercises, the Squeeze method, and the Stop-and-Start technique can all be very effective.  But it’s important to have a strong foundation, rather than just relying on a trick or a move to help you conquer PE. You’ll have more lasting success if you first build a strong foundation through training and relaxation techniques.

Relaxation: Take at least 10 minutes per day to just focus on your breathing and relax.  Breathe in for 4 to 5 seconds, and out for 5 to 6 seconds.  Budget time to do this every day and you’ll see remarkable results sooner than you’d think. Then, be sure to focus on your breathing when you’re having sex. This is the best way to control your arousal and prevent you from ejaculating too quickly.

Training: If you are used to ejaculating quickly, as a result of poor masturbation habits, then you’re going to need to “retrain” yourself to last longer.  Schedule 10 to 30 minutes a few times per week where you can be alone, without distraction.  While practicing, pay attention to your body’s response.  With careful practice using the right techniques, you can systematically build up your ability to last longer.

Control Premature Ejaculation and Regain Your Confidence

Don’t you wish you could last longer in bed?

Premature ejaculation is the most common sexual challenge for men.  In fact, nearly every man experience premature ejaculation at least once, and most surveys suggest that at least a quarter of all men experience long-term problems lasting long enough in bed.

So how long is long enough?

The “normal” range is often estimated to be from 2 to 10 minutes.

What constitutes “premature” depends on whom you ask.  Some people say less than 2 minutes is “premature.”  One famous study says that if you fail to last long enough to satisfy your partner 50% of the time, then you have PE.

However, the best definition, in my view, is the concept that ejaculation is premature if the failure to control your orgasm results in sexual or emotional distress in either you or your partner.

Do you worry that you can’t last long enough to satisfy her?

Click Here ==> How to Last 10-30 Minutes Longer in Bed!

From this point of view, the number of minutes you last doesn’t even matter.

Let’s imagine you’re lasting 10 or 15 or 20 minutes.  In this scenario, you still may consider yourself to have premature ejaculation if your partner wishes you’d last for 30 minutes, or if you wished that you would last for 40 minutes, but rarely do.

Even though you last longer than the average, if your inability to control your ejaculation is causing you to feel stress and discomfort, then you could consider yourself to have a problem premature ejaculation.

Here are some tips on how to control premature ejaculation:

1. Learn the causes of premature ejaculation. PE can result from a number of causing, including masturbation habits, genetics, hormones, past sexual history, erectile dysfunction, and stress and anxiety.

2. Identify what is causing your PE problem. If you’re like most men, your result from a combination of stress/anxiety and masturbation habits.

3. Establish a goal that you want to achieve, and visualize yourself hitting that goal. If you can see yourself achieving the goal, you’ll be that much more likely to actually get there.

4. Take consistent action towards your goal, and measure your progress. Because PE is often caused by a combination of mental and physical triggers, then your training should combat both the physical and mental causes of premature ejaculation.  If masturbation habits and stress/anxiety are the root cause of your problems, then a combination of breathing exercises and proper masturbation techniques can help you achieve increased endurance (naturally).

If you follow the proper training guidelines, you’ll likely see improved results within days, and after a few weeks, you’ll be well on your way to curing premature ejaculation once and for all.

Best of all, you will have regained your confidence and repaired any strain on your relationship.

Curing Premature Ejaculation Naturally and Permanently

Don’t you wish you could last longer in bed?

There are many products on the market that claim to cure premature ejaculation.  For example, there are sprays, creams, pills, and specialty condoms, among other products.  While many men are able to increase their stamina with these types of products, many more men are interested in learning methods for curing premature ejaculation naturally and permanently.

In other words, instead of a “quick fix,” these men want to know how to get rid of the problem once and for all.  In fact, if you are reading this article, you may be among these men.

This article provides an overview of how to achieve that type of long-term fix.

Step 1. Perform a Self Assessment

If you want to cure premature ejaculation, you first need to look within yourself, to determine what is causing your problem.

There are many causes of premature ejaculation.  But most men fail to control their orgasms as a result of stress and anxiety.

A second leading cause of premature ejaculation is bad masturbation habits – specifically, the tendency to finish quickly.

Sick and tired of premature ejaculation?

Step 2. Set a Goal

Once you identify what is likely the cause of your lack of control, then it’s time to set a goal for yourself.

If you currently last 3 minutes in bed, perhaps you’ll set a goal to last 7 minutes in bed.

Don’t get too hung up on the timing. Always, the most important thing is to have a fulfilling sex life, not to be focused on the clock.  But, on the other hand, the only way you’ll reach your goal is if you have a goal in the first place!

Step 3.  Visualize Yourself Achieving Your Goal

You’ll have greater success achieving your goal of curing premature ejaculation if you remain positive, and can actually envision yourself lasting longer in bed.

Picture what it would look like, sound like, and feel like to have the increased stamina you desire.

Are you afraid she’ll leave you because you can’t last long enough in bed?

Step 4. Take Consistent, Determined Action Towards Your Goal

This is an area where “practices makes perfect.”  Get to know your body and your threshold for stimulation. And then increase your threshold through proper masturbation techniques. While poor masturbation habits often contribute to premature ejaculation problems, proper practice is one of the most effective ways to get increase your stamina in bed.

As you condition yourself through training, also practice focusing on your breathing.  This is the safest and most effective way to help your body relax.  By reducing stress and anxiety, you will increase your ability to last longer in bed.

With consistent practice along these lines, you will be well on your way to curing premature ejaculation naturally – and permanently.

Preventing Premature Ejaculation in 3 Easy Steps

Don’t you wish you could last longer in bed?

Click Here ==> How to Last 10-30 Minutes Longer in Bed!

Here are some tips to prevent premature ejaculation, in 3 simple steps.

Step 1.  Understand the Causes of PE

Did you know that twenty to forty percent of all men suffer from premature ejaculation (PE), and that nearly every male experiences PE at least once in his life?

As widespread as premature ejaculation is, not everybody understands the causes of PE.  And understanding the causes is the first step towards preventing premature ejaculation.

For a long time, people believed that PE was caused purely by psychological factors.  The problem is often rooted in the mind, and most often appears as a result of stress and anxiety (including performance anxiety).

But there are also a host of other causes, including

  • Evolution: Men don’t naturally know how to control orgasms, it has to be learned
  • Genetics: Some studies have shown a genetic link with premature ejaculation
  • Chemical: Hormones (e.g. testosterone) and neurotransmitters (e.g. serotonin) play a role in premature ejaculation.

And physical factors also play a strong role.  These include:

  • Past Sexual History: Especially if the man has had traumatic sexual experiences, which have caused him to view intercourse as a stressful activity.
  • Masturbation Habits: Beginning in adolescence, many men hurry to reach orgasm in order to avoid being discovered, and this sets a pattern that can be hard to break.
  • Erectile Disfunction: A man who has erectile disfunction (ED) is more likely to suffer from premature ejaculation.  If you have ED, you may be more likely to have PE, as fear of losing your erection may cause you to rush.

Do you worry that you can’t last long enough to satisfy her?

Click Here ==> How to Last 10-30 Minutes Longer in Bed!

Step 2.  Cut Out the Negative Influences and Triggers

The next step is to identify which of these causes may be effecting your endurance, and to diminish their influence.

For example, if your past sexual history continues to create stress for you, and this is affecting your stamina in bed, you may want to consult with a professional sex therapist or relationship counselor.

For most men, by eliminating stress in your life and changing your masturbation habits, you’ll likely begin to see improvements in your endurance.

Step 3. Implement a Training Program, and Keep At It

So if reducing stress and changing masturbation habits is often the key to lasting longer in bed, how do you go about this?

The best way to reduce stress is to focus on your breathing.  Set aside time each day to simply relax and breathe.  Start with just 5 or 10 minutes, sitting upright in a chair, breathing in for 4 to 5 seconds, then out for 5 to 6 seconds – and afterwards you’ll feel noticeably more relaxed.

Then, be sure to focus on your breathing when you’re having sex, as well.

You should also practice improving your threshold for stimulation through masturbation.  While bad masturbation habits are often a major cause of premature ejaculation, this type of proper practice is one of the most effective ways to get to know – and to stretch – your limits.

With consistent practice, you will be able to last longer in bed.

Stopping Premature Ejaculation From Ruining Your Relationship

Don’t you wish you could last longer in bed?

Click Here ==> How to Last 10-30 Minutes Longer in Bed!

The majority of men experience premature ejaculation at least once in their life times.  But then there’s the estimated 20% to 40% of men regularly suffer from premature ejaculation.

Premature ejaculation can be defined in a ton of different ways, with varying statistics.  But the best definition is the simplest one: Premature ejaculation exists when one or both of the partners experiences distress as a result of the man’s inability to control his ejaculation.

If premature ejaculation isn’t addressed and fixed, it can cause real emotional distress and put serious strain on a relationship.

And that’s the focus of this article – how to stop premature ejaculation from affecting your relationship.

So here are some tips.

Step 1.  STOP Ignoring “The Elephant in the Room” – And Talk About It

This may seem counterintuitive – it may not be your first impulse.  Without a doubt, premature ejaculation is a sensitive subject.  But as uncomfortable as it may be at first, communicating with your partner about your sexual needs is extremely healthy.

Chances are, just talking about it will unload a whole lot of stress.  Also, communicating in this way allows both of you to work together to resolve the issue, and will likely bring you closer together.

Side note: If talking about it is so difficult or awkward, then perhaps that’s a sign that this relationship isn’t right for you after all.

Sick and tired of premature ejaculation?

Click Here ==> How to Last 10-30 Minutes Longer in Bed!

Step 2. Practice to Build Up Endurance and Withstand Stimulation

There are two ways to do this.

Option A is to masturbate and practice building up your stamina on your own.

Option B is to work with your partner to practice, and build up your endurance.  (This is the whole idea behind the famous “Squeeze” Method).

Sidenote: Many experts will suggest that a couple refrains from having sexual intercourse until premature ejaculation has been resolved.  However, in many people’s experience, it actually helps to have sex MORE often, because it decreases performance anxiety about each individual event.  After a while, instead of obsessing about how long you’ll last, you just lay back, relax, and think to yourself, “Hey, isn’t this great?  I’m having sex!”

You see, it’s really not all that bad.

And this brings us to the final step.

Step 3.  Invest in Your Health

This is sort of general, rule-of-thumb advice, but it’s important: take care of yourself.

Getting regular exercise, eating a healthy diet, and decreasing stress will help you last longer in bed.  This last suggestion – to decrease stress – is perhaps the most important, in terms of stopping premature ejaculation.

It’s often said that the vast majority of health problems are caused by stress – and premature ejaculation is no exception to this rule.

Focus on your breathing, and with time, you’ll find that your ability to be in a “meditative mindset” will pay dividends in the bedroom, and will deeply enhance both your overall health and your relationship.
